Texas Christmas by @Rjscott_author # REVIEW

Christmas on the Double D!

Texas Christmas, RJ Scott, Love Lane Books
Texas #5
Six men with lives linked to the Double D... Danger comes to the Double D from Liam's past and threatens everything Jack and Riley hold dear.

Centering on Jack and Riley, parents, lovers and friends.

Eli and Robbie have their home on Double D land. Their love is rooted in the Texas soil and they weather as many storms as can be thrown at them.

And Liam, a young man with a head full of dreams and sleep full of nightmares, finds that all things are possible when Marcus decides to interrupt his solitary existence.

REVIEW:
Returning to the Double D and the Campbell-Hayes saga is always a treat. The world that the author has created for this family is always full of drama and love.

Riley and Jack and their ever expanding family are once again the the focal point but something that this author does so well in this series is the secondary characters are just as important to the story line as the MCs. It's those characters that keep the series fresh and ever evolving.

The addition of Max and his needs adds another layer of interest to the story line. Autism in all it's many variations is so much a part of everyday life it's nice to see it handled in a caring accepting way. Blending the family together and making adjustments are something that happen everyday and reading about these men fighting and loving each other unconditionally is incredibly beautiful.

I don't think I will ever get tired or reading about the men and women who live and love on this fictional ranch.

Do yourself a favor and start from the beginning, because like all epic stories you need to know where it began.

RATING: 5 Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries.  This book was given to us by the author. Many thanks.
